Rolando Santos is a literary writer and a past recipient of eighteen national literary awards by the Palanca, Gantimpalang Ani, Gawad Ka Amado, Gawad Carlos Bulosan, and Gawad Galian, for his work in Filipino television drama, fiction, poetry and song. He is currently a print manager for Strategic Book Publishing and Eloquent Books, a division of the AEG Publishing Group. He acts as a consultant for the Department of Agrarian Reform, a publication officer for the Institute of Popular Democracy, a managing editor of SIKAP, Inc, and media coordinator for LEAD, Inc.
